  • Inspect fork for damage and visible issues
  • Test for issues and general function
  • Remove lowers and clean
  • Replace lowers seals and foam rings
  • Remove air spring and clean/inspect * we do not cover replacing air seals in this service *
  • Remove and clean air spring top cap and volume spacers
  • Grease and lube air spring on reinstallation
  • Grease lowers seals and install lowers
  • Replace lowers oil
  • Replace crush washers and torque foot nuts to spec
  • Replace air and damper settings as found
  • Replace air valve cores if needed
  • Replace air top caps and damper settings dials if needed
  • Test fork

Full Fork Service

Also known as a 100 hour, 125 hour or 200 hour service depending on brand

  • Inspect shock interior for issues or damage
  • Replace air seals and grease seals on install
  • Lube air can when reinstalled
  • Replace air and settings as found
  • Replace air valve cores if needed
  • Replace air top caps and damper settings dials if needed
  • Replace DU bushings if needed

Full Shock Service

Also known as a 100 hour, 125 hour or 200 hour service depending on brand

$169 + parts

  • Inspect shock for damage and visible issues
  • Test for performance concerns and general function
  • Disassemble shock and thoroughly clean all internal components
  • Inspect internal components for wear or damage
  • Replace all damper seals and glide rings
  • Replace damper oil and properly bleed shock
  • Test damper function and performance
  • Replace DU bushings where needed
  • Replace adjustment dials or top caps if required
  • For air shocks: remove and clean air can
  • For air shocks: replace air seals and grease seals
  • For air shocks: lubricate air can on reinstallation
  • For air shocks: reset air pressure and rider settings
  • For air shocks: replace air valve cores if needed

Dropper Post Service

Cartridge Dropper Post Service

Oneup, PNW, TransX, Xfusion, Giant, and similar posts with non-serviceable hydraulic cartridges. Also referred to as a dropper post sliding service

$75 + parts

  • Inspect for damage and visible issues
  • Test for issues and general function
  • Disassemble dropper post and clean
  • Replace the main seal, bushings, keyways and other small parts * this will vary depending on what is suggested/provided by the brand of post being serviced
  • Grease sliding components with suspension specific grease
  • Replace broken or poor performing dropper cartridge if needed * no additional labour charge but the cartridges are $60 or more to replace
  • Check cartridge air pressure if applicable
  • Replace dropper cable and housing
  • Replace dropper lever if needed
  • Test the dropper is working to factory spec

Reverb / 2025+ Fox Transfer Basic Service

Also referred to as a dropper post sliding service, 50, 125, or 200 hour service depending on brand and generation

$90 + parts

  • Inspect for damage and visible issues
  • Test for issues and general function
  • Disassemble dropper post and clean
  • Replace the main seal, bushings, keyways and other small parts * this will vary depending generation of Reverb and condition
  • Grease sliding components with suspension specific grease
  • Check air pressure
  • Bleed Reverb line
  • Replace lever if needed
  • Test the dropper is working to factory spec
